Hi, we're Grounded Therapy Practice
Our approach to therapy was founded on an innate curiosity of human behavior. Through this curiosity we discovered what happens when we take the time to try to understand ourselves. We learn our values, establish anchors, build trust, show compassion, and foster connection. Then all of sudden, we realize that life is no longer as destabilizing as we once knew it to be - we become grounded.
At Grounded Therapy Practice, we look holistically at each person we meet, excavating and unraveling the fibers that individually make up who we are, our sense of self. We will explore the roots of your anxiety, stress, and dysregulation together. We often find that rebuilding the relationship each of us have with ourselves while establishing an awareness to the interconnectedness we all experience, challenges broken belief systems and fosters trust that we are able to endure the discomfort we encounter to find acceptance. We provide an individualized approach to therapy that incorporates an eclectic use of evidence-based practices set on a foundation of acceptance, vulnerability, and connection.
